Conventional dentistry often trades healthy tooth for a restoration: a crown needs the tooth ground down, and a root canal can follow. Biomimetic dentistry works the other way. Modern adhesives bond ceramic and composite to enamel and dentine, so a damaged tooth can be rebuilt to behave, and look, like the original.
Diagnose first: magnification, intra-oral scans and photographs before any recommendation.
Prevention and maintenance come first. Intervene only where it's needed.
When treatment is needed, remove as little as possible. Bond instead of cutting.

For mouths that need

Most patients arrive with several problems at once: old crowns and fillings failing, teeth worn by grinding or acid, cracks that ache on biting. Rather than patch one tooth at a time, we plan the whole mouth together.
